Our Home Health Aides are multi-task employees.  Because we only have 8 residents, you have the opportunity to really learn about our residents.

Some of the qualifications required are:

1. Assist residents in all activities of daily living/hygiene assistantce, bathing and grooming.
2. Prepare meals within the resident's diet and assist residents with eating when necessary.
3. Assist with transfers, ambulation and exercise.
4. Perform light housekeeping chores.
5. Administer regular scheduled medications.
6. Complete records accurately and carry out all assignments as requested.
7. Maintaining confidentiality regarding resident's condition.
8. Perform large group or individualized activities.
